The 17th Annual HarmonyWorks Open
AUGUST 13th, 2007 12:00PM

The opening ceremony is at 11:45 a.m. on Monday, August 13th at Elk River Country Club ( http://www.elkrivercc.com). There will be free access to the driving range from 11:00-11:30 with a shotgun start at 12 p.m. sharp. Following golf will be the dinner and awards ceremony, including the not to be missed presentation of the coveted HarmonyWorks Open blazers. Other prizes will be given for lowest and highest score for Men’s, Women’s and mixed foursomes; fewest putts, longest drive and more.

After 16 great and fun-filled years, the HarmonyWorks Open will be making its final curtain call in 2007. Our goal is to go out with a bang and break the $200,000 mark in donations to Make-A-Wish of Minnesota. To do so we’ll need to have our best year ever, but with your support we can make it happen!

This event supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota and is a great way to get together for a worthwhile cause. Numerous sponsors have stepped forward year after year to help underwrite the costs of the Open so we may contribute all donations directly to Make-A-Wish.

Make-A-Wish is a national organization whose goal is to make wishes come true for families of children who are critically and terminally ill. They are celebrating their 26th year and just granted their 2500 th wish to a great young man from Minneapolis. With our help they are continuing this wonderful mission to bring countless smiles to young people across Minnesota.

As we make plans for the 17th Annual HarmonyWorks Open, which will again be held at the Elk River Country Club on August 13th, 2007, we sincerely hope that you will consider being an integral part of this year’s event by becoming a sponsor for the 2007 HWO! Our financial goal for 2007 is to raise $20,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota bringing our Seventeen and final year total to $200,000. Your generosity will play a key role in helping us reach our mark. Please let me know as soon as possible if we can count on your financial support.

Our sponsor levels are as follows:

Hole In One $2000 and up
Double Eagle $1000-$1999
(These 2 levels will be recognized on all of our flyers and at the course.)
Eagle Level $500 and $999
Birdie Level $250-$499
Par Level $100-$249
(These 3 levels will be recognized at the course as hole sponsors etc.)

So please join HarmonyWorks and friends for the 17th and final Open. If you know of anyone else who might be interested in becoming a sponsor for this event, please let me know and I will follow up with them. Thank you in advance for your support for a very worthy cause and please let me know as soon as possible if we can count you in.
